Tell me what you need... I'm a mom of 3 and I can't get rid of my belly! I'm an experienced weight lifter and I just can't get deep in my squat. I'm a first time, new mom who has no idea how to balance caring for baby and caring for myself. I'm new to exercising and I have no idea where to start! I have back pain. I don't know how to exercise through it, or for it.
