Mobility for Mamas is a postpartum foundational fitness program to help you speed your postpartum recovery, prevent and relieve pain, and optimize your movement so you can do the greatest job of all time.

Check off fitness foundations every day in ~5 minute segments you can fit in between feedings and naps - including flexibility, mobility, core and pelvic floor stability, breathing, strengthening, and more!

PLUS, bonus videos on aerobic exercise, c-section recovery, hormonal influence on weight loss, and diastasis recti.

Stroller Strong classes integrate walking and bodyweight strength training for a 50-55 minute workout targeting the whole body. All fitness levels welcome; we welcome modifications to all strength training exercises. Open to moms with strollers AND moms who want to JUST walk with a crew!
