Stroller Strong for Mamas

Stroller Strong classes integrate walking and bodyweight strength training for a 50-55 minute workout targeting the whole body. All fitness levels welcome; we welcome modifications to all strength training exercises, or just moms who want to walk with a crew! This class is designed for moms who have stroller-aged kiddos that will come along to class, but all moms and friends are welcome. Double strollers are fine. Umbrella strollers are not.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to classes so we may begin on time with everyone properly set up for class. You do not need any equipment, but it might help to have a beach towel as we sometimes do work on the ground/in the grass.

Westerly: class meets Friday morning, 10 am, at the Wilcox Park Gazebo

Class cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before class. Any cancellation outside of this window will incur a cancellation fee of the price of one class. Mothers Haven Collective is a group of providers in East Greenwich, RI who are there to support, educate, and empower you on your pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood journey - composed of registered nurses, lactation consultants, sleep consultants, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and a craniosacral therapist.
